Our Department capabilities include: System design and analysis, Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology for all drawing requirements and preparation, and complete programming. In addition, we develop automated systems with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) screens, all the while providing top-notch project management services.

ESM’s engineering services cover all necessary steps from developing the initial concept for a new desulfurization installation right through to starting up the facility. ESM provides all required basic and detail design, engineering manufacturing of the required equipment, installation, commissioning and handover to the client including intensive training of the client’s staff. Depending on our customer’s requirements, ESM offers the design, supply and installation of complete desulfurization installations including the typical peripherals like bulk material handling and storage, slag skimming and handling, gas cleaning equipment, process control systems and their integration into steel mill networks.
